FAQ

Alot goes into the planning of each year’s Vespers Service at The Bloomsburg Fair.  Here are just some of the questions that we get asked:

The Bloomsburg Fair Vespers is always held on Preview Night (the first Friday) of the fair. In 2019, this will be Friday, September 20, beginning at 6:30 p.m. with a musical prelude and the service at 7 p.m.
The Vespers Service is held at the Free Stage/Band Shell along Avenue at the west side of the fairgrounds, near Gate 11.
General Parking and Admission to the fairgrounds apply after 2 PM on Preview Day. Choir members and other participants in the production are provided with passes in advance for preferred parking and admission to the fairgrounds.
Generally, with the evening's prelude music, choir performance and our speaker, the event lasts about 2 hours.
